トランプ・アメリカンページワンを1.4にアップデート

カードの動きに合わせてSEをつけ、待ち時間を減らしテンポをサクサク進むようにしました。カードを動かすアニメーションを変更しました。

コードがちょっと古かったので修正が大変でした。

10/8に1.4へアップデートしました。
